He has extensive experience within large public sector organisations and with the private sector and individuals.
An excellent communicator with a highly developed technical skill set, David is a consummate negotiator with excellent commercial acumen and extensive political experience. These skills have been gained from over 33 years of successfully undertaking wide-ranging surveying, corporate, strategic property, outsourcing, partnership and change management roles.
David has a fundamentally collaborative and insightful leadership style, while recognising the need for difficult decisions to be taken. He has a detailed understanding of the operation of small and large corporate organisations. Well versed in the use and benefits of genuine consultation processes, he is able to deliver improved operational decision making and cost-effective solutions.
